We’re hiring an AI-Powered Software Developer & Head of AI to lead the charge in building, launching, and iterating on digital products—100% powered by AI coding tools like Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, Same.new, and more.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes this stuff—a true AI coding tools obsessive who’s eager to test, break, and refine products at lightning speed.

• Build & launch web apps, landing pages, automations, and MVPs using tools like Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, and others.
• Write and prompt AI to generate code, then review, debug, and iterate to get to working software.
• Continuously scout new AI-native coding tools and techniques—we want you to be the internal AI tools guru.
• Partner with our growth team to test product ideas and implement rapid iterations based on user feedback.
• Establish lightweight systems and best practices for working efficiently with AI as a core development workflow.

• You are obsessed with AI coding tools—you use them for fun, projects, side hustles, or your day job.
• You’ve built and shipped real products using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, or others.
• You have 2+ years of experience in a related field—AI development, no-code/low-code, product prototyping, etc.
• You’re a fast learner and love building MVPs over polishing perfect code.
• You’re based in the Philippines and available for full-time, remote work.
