  • Assist in recruitment work, including posting recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc. 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee training plans, responsible for organizing and archiving training materials. 
  • Assist in employee performance review, collect and organize performance data, and provide support for performance appraisal. 
  • Responsible for accounting and distributing employee compensation and benefits. 
  • Responsible for the company's work supplies procurement, distribution and inventory management, to ensure adequate supply of work supplies. 
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the company's working environment, including cleaning, greening, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. 
  • Assist in handling procedures such as employee onboarding, resignation, and transfer, and handle relevant documents and procedures.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Planning, Administrative Management or related fields is preferred. 
  • More than 2-3 years of experience in human resources administration, with good work performance. 
  • Familiar with knowledge and processes related to Human Resource Planning and administrative management. 
  • Possess good organizational and communication skills, able to efficiently handle various affairs. 
  • Work conscientiously and responsibly, attentive and thoughtful, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. 
  • Has good teamwork spirit and can cooperate with personnel from different departments to complete work tasks. 
  • Strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
  • Need to speak Chinese
