· Assist the HR Supervisor in administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; develop and implement personnel policies and procedures.
· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, prepare employment contracts and onboarding materials.
· Assist in conducting new hire employee orientations, assist employees with benefit options, and prepare complete paper works/documentation for new employees.
· Address simple questions related to company policies, procedures, and practices.
· Check and validates manpower agencies’ weekly timekeeping and monthly billing.
· Monitors and documents the performance evaluation process of all employees
· Maintain and manage the completeness, proper document, and accuracy of 201 files and/or master lists, monitoring trackers, etc.
· Assist HR Supervisor in complying with the company’s private and government regulations concerning employment.
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
· Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
· Assist in developing and monitoring overall HR Strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
· Do admin tasks such as but not limited to securing the attendance sheet, providing snacks, and issuance of supplies in all departments, clients, and/or visitors.
· Nurture a positive working environment.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and as may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.
