Job Title: Human Resource Management Officer I (COS)
Placement: Human Resource Management and Development Unit (HRMDU)
Job Type: Contract of Service (COS)
Salary: ₱23,176.00/month (inclusive of 20% premium based on EMB CO Guidelines dated Jan.2, 2025)

Job Summary

The Human Resource Management Officer I (COS) will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Section by handling leave management, DTR processing, employee records, HR documentation, and other administrative HR tasks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with CSC, COA, and DBM policies and supporting smooth personnel-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as focal for leave administration (employees A–M)

· Compute, pre-audit, and report on employee leave credits

· Generate and distribute Daily Time Records (DTRs) for regular and COS/JO employees

· Prepare semi-annual Leave Credit Certifications

· Process Leave and Compensatory Time Off (CTO) applications

· Assist with employee records filing and indexing (regular and COS/JO)

· Prepare HR-related documents (Special Orders, Memoranda, Meeting Notices)

· Maintain records for habitual tardiness and non-submission of DTRs

· Handle retirement-related documentation and HRIS data entry

· Serve as secretariat for the Rewards and Recognition Program

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields:

o Human Resource Management

o Mass Communication

o AB English

· Eligibility/Experience: Not required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

· Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good organization and time management

· Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Employment Status: This position is a Contract of Service (COS) with a renewable contract term. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php23,176.00 per month
