We’re currently seeking a Key Account Specialist to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll help manage our key retail and foodservice customers, ensuring their orders run smoothly, their questions are answered promptly, and their experience with us is always a positive one. You’ll be a central link between our clients and our internal teams, helping us maintain strong partnerships and continue to grow.

• Act as the main day to day contact for assigned key accounts
• Process and follow up on orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Operations) to meet customer needs
• Help prepare reports, pricing updates, and product information
• Track and resolve customer issues, including shortages, delivery changes, or product concerns
• Support the sales team with promotions, new product launches, and seasonal initiatives
• Maintain organized account records and documentation

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a related role ideally in food, CPG, or FMCG
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
• A positive, team-first attitude and a customer focused mindset
