We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing & Reservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing and customer service, with the ability to handle various marketing and reservation tasks. This position will involve creating promotional content, managing social media accounts, and handling reservations and client communications effectively.


Marketing:

  • Create and Design Templates: Develop visually appealing and engaging templates for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging across platforms.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct research to identify effective ways to market our products and services to target audiences. Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Design and develop content to engage potential customers and enhance brand visibility online.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and suggestions for improvement.


Reservations:

  • OTA and AirBnB Management: Monitor and manage bookings across multiple Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and platforms like AirBnB to ensure seamless reservations and customer experience.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing concerns or questions regarding bookings, property details, or amenities.
  • Booking Coordination: Ensure all bookings are confirmed and that relevant details are shared with both clients and internal teams.
  • Utilities and Billing Monitoring: Oversee utilities accounts related to the properties and ensure timely payments and issue resolution as needed.

Requisito

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).


Work Environment:

  • Full-time or part-time depending on availability.
