Join our team as Organizational and Development Officer!


The Organizational and Learning Development Officer will play a significant role in providing support to the Human Resources and Admin Department in the planning, development, and execution of organizational effectiveness initiatives of the Company that will connect the employees with its strategic goals and objectives, such as but not limited to competency development, policy and process review, performance management, change management, and succession planning.


  • Career Development & Planning: Identifies learning needs, designs competency-based development curricula, creates career paths, and implements competency frameworks for all roles.
  • Organizational Development & Change: Conducts job analysis, recommends policies, supports change initiatives, assesses organizational health, and uses data to evaluate OD effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Implements the Performance Management System, tracks performance, and ensures compliance across all employee types (probationary and regular).
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Manages performance improvement plans, collaborates on goal setting, and tracks progress on employee evaluations.
  • Reporting & Evaluation: Prepares performance appraisal reports, evaluates PMS effectiveness, and recommends necessary improvements.


Requisito

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in organizational development.
  • Core Competencies: Expertise in career development, organizational change management, performance management, and a strong understanding of OD principles and best practices.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite; excellent oral/written communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop data-driven solutions for complex organizational problems.
  • Collaboration & Time Management: Ability to engage with all organizational levels, work under pressure, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines.
