Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end to end recruitment activities and develop hiring strategies for volume hiring demands.
  • Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned.
  • Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experience.
  • Building and maintaining hiring manager or stakeholder relationships.
  • Effectively manage the accuracy of all recruitment related database and MIS systems

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate in any field with at least 5 years of combined relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Volume Hiring preferably from any BPO organization
  • Must have more than 3 years leadership experience handling recruitment operations
  • With background in volume hiring for Customer Service, Financial Services, Service Desks, Multilingual & F&A
  • Applicants must be amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule
