Filinvest Company: CHROMA HOSPITALITY INC.
Provides assistance and support to the Corporate Team in the administrative, sales functions of the department. May also support in other Sales and Marketing initiatives as directed.
Administrative
Preparation of all Sales Administrative forms for the Corporate Team
(Comp forms, upgrade form, transportation request form, pastry request form, special rate form, GC request form, entertainment form, etc )
Tracking of all lead inquiries forwarded to the Corporate Team.
Extraction and collation of weekly sales report from hotel IvvY system assigned properties.
Sales
Receives and entertains guests queries and concerns in the absence of the sales managers
Process all incoming telephone calls in accordance with established procedures, while maintaining professionalism and telephone courtesy.
Preparation of corporate rates for companies after coordination with the Sales Managers.
Draft proposals, GRF (Group Reservations Forms) and contracts after coordination with the Sales Managers.
Prepares and consolidates all required reports of the Corporate Team.
Responsible for the generation of Sales and Catering systems (IvvY, RMS and WinCloud) reports of the NSO South Team on a weekly basis and sends out to the ADOS, AVP- Sales and VPSM - daily encoding and updating.
Provides support in preparation of all requirements for sales activities such as sales blitzes, hostings, entertainments, hotel inspections and others as directed by the Sales Managers and DOS Assists in handling reservation inquiries and finalizing bookings for National Accts & Corporate Accounts, as applicable.
May also be assigned to champion special projects.
Ensures correct correspondences related to operations - room contracts, room lists, amendment forms et al in the absence of the Sales Managers.
Maybe assigned to manage/support on special accounts and sales activities.
Must be familiar with other Chroma-managed hotels and do Cross Selling when there is opportunity to do so.
May be assigned to join and sales/ trade events as necessary and advised by ADOS/ AVP-Sales/VPSM.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
Preferably with prior experience in sales or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of handling reports, proposals, and correspondence.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work in Muntinlupa City.
