About The Job
Our esteemed client, a leading provider in the construction consumables and hardware products industry, is looking for a
Sales Support Order Processor. As a Sales Support Order Processor, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication within the sales support team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting the growth of the companys brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Inventory Management: Process customer orders promptly, allocate stock for orders, back orders, and stock transfers. Proactively communicate with customers about out-of-stock items and provide updates on expected availability.
- Customer Communication & Data Management: Book customer deliveries efficiently and maintain accurate records of all customer correspondence. Ensure all customer data is continuously updated and accurate across company systems such as Sage 200, CRM, and Microsoft.
- Team Collaboration & Operational Compliance: Collaborate closely with a small sales support team to ensure all tasks are completed in line with company procedures. Uphold high standards of health, safety, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of any course.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage 200, Dynamics 365, Paninteligence, EDI, and Open ECX; ability to navigate multiple order processing systems efficiently.
- Soft Skills: Enthusiasm, drive, a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proactive problem-solving skills to meet KPIs.
- Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
