Product Development & Optimization: Design, enhance, and optimize a variety of travel products such as group tours, free independent travel (FIT), and luxury customized tours.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and create travel packages that offer value to customers.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and attractions.
Pricing & Profit Analysis: Oversee pricing strategies, cost control, and ensure that products remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
Marketing & Product Promotion: Write compelling product descriptions and collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel products.
Sales Team Training: Educate the sales team on product offerings and updates to improve efficiency and knowledge in selling.
Customer Feedback Management: Address customer feedback and adjust products accordingly to meet market demands and improve satisfaction.
Travel Itinerary Planning: Handle planning and coordination of detailed travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, attractions, and visas.
Customer Support: Assist clients with any issues that arise during their trips to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Requisito
A bachelor’s degree in tourism, business management, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a travel product manager and tour coordinator
