• Provide the President and the Finance and Admin Head with guidance for improvement and remedial action pertaining to departmental issues and concerns.
• Develop workers by monitoring performance, establishing goals, offering continual training, and preserving positive working relationships.
• Perform the company’s financial audits.
• To guarantee accuracy and completeness, prepare, evaluate, and analyze financial statements.
• Comply to all government related transactions such as LOA – BIR, Business Perming – Municipal and others
• Establishes financial status by keeping track of revenue and expenditure, managing the collecting, consolidating, and analysis of financial data, and create special reports.
• Coordinate the different transactions related to Finance operations and activities with other department heads and important personnel.
• Ensures that the reported results adhere to generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards while supervising the preparation of periodic financial reports.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and ensuring that all significant workloads, month-end reports, and year-end reports are accurate and timely completed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of work experience in accounting management or same capacity
• Well-versed in Financial Statement preparation.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication.
• Sound knowledge in accounting profiles and regulations
