JOB ROLE: ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE (FULLY ON-SITE)


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Process and record accounts payable (AP) transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Manage accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections and reconciliations.
  • Data entry and Bookkeeping using quick books.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support financial transactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
  • Support the team in audits and tax filing.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field 2+ years of experience as an accounting associate or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
