JOB SUMMARY:

Provides essential administrative support to the office by coordinating clerical tasks, maintaining records, assisting with internal and external communications, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of administrative processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations.
  • Monitor, process, and acquire required government certifications and permits.
  • Prepare and manage Money Movement Authority (MMA) documents, including procurement and inventory control coordination.
  • Create, review, and verify Expense Reports (ER) in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Support payroll coordination and assist with basic HR functions, including preparation and tracking of the Daily Time Record (DTR).
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Perform accurate data entry, document filing, and record management for administrative needs.
  • Assist in general office management duties and upkeep, including coordination of utility bills, office materials, and maintenance requests.
  • Conduct field visits to clients for accreditation processing, document submission, and coordination of external requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant training in administrative procedures, office systems, or basic HR/payroll functions is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role. Experience in engineering or construction-related environments is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  • One (1) Full-Time position is available.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • CAD Operator: 1 year (Required)
