ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an experienced Amazon Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of their Amazon store, from initial setup to ongoing management. This includes setting up the store, optimizing product listings, driving marketing and sales strategies, and managing customer feedback and concerns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Amazon platform, have a solid grasp of SEO and digital marketing, and excel in customer engagement.

WORK SCHEDULE: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage the end-to-end setup and continuous operation of the Amazon store, including product listings, descriptions, and visuals
• Increase store ranking, conversion rates, and overall sales through data-driven strategies
• Analyze product rankings, ratings, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights for improvements
• Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and platform updates to continuously improve the store’s performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience working with the Amazon platform, including setup and store management
• Proficient in basic SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Problem-solver with a proactive approach to resolving challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
• A team player who can manage virtual teams and monitor performance against key metrics
• Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously
