The Area Loans Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the loan operations within a designated geographical area. This involves managing a team of Loan Associates, ensuring efficient loan processing, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of Loan Associates, ensuring efficient and accurate loan processing.
• Oversee all aspects of loan operations, including application review, disbursement, modification, and documentation.
• Monitor collateral management procedures and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance, provide support, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage Loan Associate performance, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation and disbursement of incentives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in loan operations, preferably in a supervisory role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of lending principles, loan processing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in loan origination systems and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
