  • Manage employee relations, oversee payroll processes, and assist in talent acquisition efforts.
  • Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations and support team development.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Administer benefits programs and payroll processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.

Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles and BPO Shared Service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, People Management, and Talent Acquisition. BPO Shared Service
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
