Keterangan

• Employee government registration, and helping E Source members in availing government benefits.

• Make sure that the company is compliant regarding gov’t mandatory bodies.

• Answer government benefit questions and other HR tasks related to the said field.

• Monthly and Annual SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR reporting.

• Assisting employees with SSS and PAG-IBIG loans, as well as sickness and Maternity claims

• Employee registration to SSS, PHIC, TIN, and HDMF.

• Report preparation with SSS, PHIC, TIN, and HDMF.

• Execution of other administrative tasks related to government mandatories.

• Assistance in other HRD functions if the need arises.

• Other tasks as may be given by the superior.

Persyaratan

• Graduate of Human Resources Management or any related course

• Preferably with experience in HR handling Compensation & Benefits but open for FRESH GRADUATE

• Can work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Excel

• Can start immediately

• Willing to a project-based position 5 months
