The Role:

Plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Voice performance and has a direct impact on the efficiency of the overall team’s processes. This will improve service delivery, uphold the quality and reliability of our services for members, and support our Partner Providers.


Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong Communication: Effective verbal and written skills for explaining coverage, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Deliver exceptional service, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solid understanding of products and benefits.
  • Organizational & Technical Skills: Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and accurate documentation. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and telephony systems (Genesys).
  • Confidentiality & Ethics: Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards in all operations.


Qualifications:

  • Open to Fresh grads with bachelor's degree in a Healthcare or Medical-related field
  • at least 3 years of college education with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Customer Service (Healthcare account), or work experience in the medical field.
  • Proficient in data entry and transaction processing with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Google Applications (Gmail, GSheets, GSlides & etc.).
