Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Create and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
