POSITION SUMMARY

As the Director of Acquisition Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies to drive customer acquisition across multiple channels. This role demands a strategic leader who can balance innovative marketing tactics with data-driven decision-making to fuel our growth in the competitive online gambling market.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall customer acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth goals and market opportunities.
  • Identify new acquisition channels, campaigns, and strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media (PPC, display, social, etc.), affiliates, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Manage budget allocation and resource planning for campaigns to ensure optimal return on investment.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Use data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make adjustments to improve conversion rates and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Work closely with the Data Science and Analytics teams to derive actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing acquisition marketing team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisition initiatives.

Customer Journey & Retention Focus:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and funnel and optimize acquisition strategies with a focus on both short-term wins and long-term customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with retention marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions for newly acquired customers into ongoing engagement programs.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the online gambling industry.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations, ensuring all marketing practices comply with legal requirements.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the performance of acquisition initiatives, including key metrics such as CPA, ROI, and lifetime value.
  • Present insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • Proven experience in a director level or higher acquisition marketing role targeting the Philippines Market for 5 years or more. Experience in online gambling, iGaming, or gaming industry in the Philippines Market is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, display, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant user growth and meeting acquisition KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of online gambling industry trends, legal regulations, and customer acquisition best practices.
