Keterangan
- Assist in tracking and managing the company’s vehicle fleet using fleet management software.
- Support scheduling of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure minimal downtime.
- Help monitor fuel usage, mileage logs, and service records.
- Coordinate vehicle dispatching, routing, and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and servicing.
- Assist with vendor communication for vehicle maintenance and leasing.
- Prepare regular reports related to fleet operations and performance.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field. ( No restriction on major, logistics-related majors are preferred)
- Able to transfer throughout the Philippines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced operational environment.
