JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of F&B Manager, this position is responsible for planning, directing, supervising and coordinating all the activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverage to guests at the dining and banquet area to ensure and maintain smooth, efficient and effective flow of operation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Degree – completion of at least 2 years in college or vocational/technical course
• Working Experience – at least 2 years related working experience in a fine dining restaurant and or a Hotel
• Trainings / Seminars Requirement – Customer Service, Food handling Trainings, Food Preparation Trainings
• Skills – verbal facility in Basic English, good interpersonal skills
