Position: German Document Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrates native-level fluency in German and advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Corporate experience is a strong advantage but we are open for Fresh graduate
  • With a background in Administrative jobs
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to make accurate decisions and judgment calls


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage all aspects of document production, including but not limited to voice file transcription, copy typing, document markup, formatting, and the creation of documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentations. Ensure all work adheres to established Brand Guidelines.
  • The role is responsible for providing document services support to both legal and business services professionals. 
  • Creating presentation material which includes documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentations
  • Proofreading
  • Voice File Transcription
  • Copy typing, document markup, formatting, layouting word complex cases
