Job summary: 

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, providing strategic HR support to management, and ensuring a high-performance culture within the organization. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to offer tailored HR solutions and foster an environment that supports talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course
• With at least five (5) years of experience in human resources
• Preferably with experience in a leadership or management role

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws and standards, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels in the organization and influence business decisions.
• Proven track record in talent management and change management.
• Data-driven with experience in using HR metrics to drive business outcomes.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
