  • Oversee recruitment and staffing processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee onboarding and training programs
  • Address employee relations issues and staff concerns
  • Facilitate performance management and appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in benefits administration and compensation planning
  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional flexibility for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
