We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients find the best insurance products for their needs and an ability to build long-lasting relationships. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Sales and New Business Development
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns).
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
• Present quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Client Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide personalized insurance advice and recommendations based on individual or business needs.
• Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure they have the proper coverage as their needs change.
• Customer Service & Claims Assistance
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claim submissions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients who need to file claims or have questions regarding their coverage.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to provide seamless customer experiences.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and policy details using CRM software.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, insurance regulations, and market trends.
• Process policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.

• Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Insurance licensing (required or willing to obtain prior to employment).
