Keterangan

  • Prepare material take-off based on the provided budget to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Evaluate manual purchase request (PRs), ensuring they comply with budget limitations, scope, and required quantities.
  • Input all manual PRs into the Financial system accurately and endorse them to the Purchasing Department for further processing.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to secure and verify all pending information necessary for the approval and processing of manual PRs.
  • Serve as the document controller for all Requests for Expenses (RFEs) and Temporary Sales Orders (TSOs), ensuring proper tracking, filing, and documentation control.
  • Generate reports based on the Financial System and Task Management software.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project management.
  • Familiarity with construction or industrial project environments is a plus.
