Key Responsibilities:

1. Omnipresent Strategy & Execution

● Design, lead, and execute an omnipresent marketing strategy that spans digital,

video, SMS, email, paid media, SEO, organic content, PR, print, and offline activations.

● Integrate AI tools to maximize reach, automate touchpoints, and hyper-personalize

audience engagement at scale.

● Ensure seamless brand voice and message consistency across all channels and content

types.

2. Lead Generation Mastery

● Develop and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels that consistently deliver

high-quality, low-CPL (cost per lead) results.

● Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance ad targeting, automate split testing, and

analyze buyer behavior.

● Identify and scale new lead sources and optimize campaigns based on real-time data

and predictive modeling.

3. Brand Building Excellence

● Craft and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions us and our clients] as

the category kings.

● Utilize AI to generate insights from customer behavior, sentiment analysis, and

competitor benchmarking to shape our brand narrative.

● Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video teams to push out high-impact,

high-velocity creative and custom video heavy brandy content.

4. AI-Powered Marketing Innovation

● Integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Midjourney, HubSpot AI, Salesforce

Einstein, etc.) into content creation, campaign management, audience segmentation,

and performance forecasting.

● Stay ahead of the curve with emerging AI marketing tech to ensure we are first to

market, not playing catch-up. Always keeping us and out clients 2 steps ahead of the

market and competition.

● Build and manage smart automations that increase conversions, customer LTV, and

reduce churn.

5. Performance Analytics & Optimization

● Use analytics platforms and AI tools to constantly monitor performance, identify

optimization opportunities, and drive data-backed decisions.

● Build KPI dashboards for visibility across the executive and sales teams.

● Implement attribution models that clearly demonstrate marketing ROI and influence on

revenue.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

● Manage internal team members and external vendors/freelancers to bring campaigns to

life.

● Train and mentor the marketing team on AI tools and modern techniques.

● Align with Sales, Ops, and Product to ensure marketing strategy supports pipeline

growth and company vision.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 5+ years in a senior marketing role with proven results in performance marketing, lead

generation, and brand leadership.

● Hands-on experience using AI in marketing workflows — from content generation and

campaign optimization to audience targeting and predictive analytics.

● Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO,

email/SMS automation, and video strategy.

● Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and AI platforms

(Jasper, Copy.ai, SurferSEO, Midjourney, etc.).

● Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction capabilities.

● Relentlessly data-driven with the ability to connect marketing KPIs to sales performance.

● Visionary thinker with tactical execution skills — equally comfortable in board meetings

and backend dashboards.

● High adaptability and hunger to stay ahead in a fast-changing marketing landscape.
