Full Job Description

As a Merchandising & Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the execution of our merchandising and trade marketing activities across assigned supermarkets. You will ensure optimal product visibility, manage inventory, and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily visits to assigned supermarkets to maintain excellent service and build strong rapport with store staff and buyers.

• Coordinate and place orders based on inventory levels and store needs.

• Monitor ensure product displays are well-maintained and adhere to brand guidelines

• Report on product performance, stock issues, competitor activities, and merchandising opportunities.

• Handle expired/damaged goods monitoring and recommend appropriate action.

• Look for additional space and promotional opportunities within stores.

• Liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate timely deliveries and stock availability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience as a Merchandising Coordinator or Commando in a supermarket environment.

• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Proven experience in dealing with buyers from key account stores.

• Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to business requirements.

• Skilled in inventory control analysis.

• Ability to commute as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
