Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for core data such as user activity and transactions, continuously updating and iterating effective user growth models based on the company's business objectives.

2. Develop operational activity data metrics, adjust operational activity strategies, coordinate internal resources, and ensure the smooth execution of activities.

3. Deeply understand product functions and features, refine and optimize suggestions based on feedback and issues from the business team, analyze user behavior, and enhance the product usage experience.

4. Maintain and manage online communities, boost user activity and engagement, develop and implement community activity plans, analyze user needs, and optimize community operation strategies.
