We are seeking a dynamic Junior Project Manager to lead our Odoo ERP implementation and internal web development projects. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled Project Manager but also possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance. You will be responsible for driving projects from conception to successful delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements, are completed on time, and adhere to our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for both Odoo and internal Laravel-based projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with the development team, clients and stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and analysis to deployment, user training, and post-launch support.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate resources to ensure optimal project performance and team productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a project management role, specifically managing software or web development projects.
• Hands-on experience managing implementation or customization projects is essential.
• Ability to create test plans, conduct quality assurance testing, and manage bug-tracking systems.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with projects involving the Laravel PHP framework.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Certifications: Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
