  • Assist with various tasks in different departments as needed.
  • Support team members with day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service when required.

Persyaratan

  • Graduate of BS Computer Technology, BS Information Technology, BS Industrial Engineering or ICT-related courses
  • At least two (2) years work experience as Property Assistant, I.T. office support, or related work
  • Should have a background in networking, system maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; as well as property and equipment inventory
  • Willing to do fieldwork to liaise with relevant government agencies or entities to secure/ maintain permits/certifications and property maintenance across the Foundation’s centers
  • Strong English Communication Abilities (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, and I.T. software and hardware
  • High attention to detail and can work under minimal supervision
  • Female ; Preferably residing in Quezon City, or near work location
