  • Oversee daily property operations and management activities
  • Ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services
  • Conduct property inspections and resolve tenant issues
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Oversee property maintenance, manage tenant relations, handle leasing processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in property management software.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits to properties.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, communicative, and customer-oriented.
