Keterangan
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of items.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Maintain supplier records and update approved vendor lists.
- Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage company documents and ensure proper filing systems.
- Process business permits, licenses, and ensure renewal compliance.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel locally for bank, government, and other office-related errands.
