Keterangan

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting reliable suppliers for electronic components and related materials.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and requirements.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve any supply issues.
  • Maintain and update purchasing records, pricing, and supplier data.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to understand and meet material requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support reordering processes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications for all purchased items.
  • Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
  • Support the purchasing team in administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Persyaratan

  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with electronic components, materials, and basic technical specifications.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
