- Identify and engage potential clients to promote products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies.
Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in the sports industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of sports products.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify new clients, maintain relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Office environment and on-site client meetings. Some travel required.
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for sports, self-motivated, enterprising, and resilient.
