  • Lead Engagement & Qualification: Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and other channels to initiate conversations, conduct needs analysis, nurture interest, and assess sales readiness based on qualification criteria.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Accurately update the CRM with detailed lead interactions, qualification status, and market insights, while ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Collaboration & Performance: Partner with marketing for feedback on lead quality, and consistently meet KPIs related to follow-up cadence, conversion rates, meeting bookings, and handoff quality.

Persyaratan

  • Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales with a strong lead generation background and a “hunter” mindset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Work Flexibility: Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes and willingness to work onsite in BGC.
