The Aluminum/UPVC Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for aluminum and UPVC window and door products. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing technical product knowledge, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination between the client, design, and production teams. This position plays a key role in growing the company’s customer base and brand presence in the construction industry.


SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Promote and sell aluminum/UPVC windows and doors systems, including sliding, casement, awning, fixed, and custom designs.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product samples.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
  • Coordinate with the estimation, design, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Track and follow up on leads, bids, and ongoing projects.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
  • Attend trade shows, product demos, or networking events to represent the company.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, aluminum, or UPVC products.
  • Knowledge of windows and doors systems (aluminum/UPVC profiles, hardware, glass) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel to client sites and project locations.
  • Must be familiar with the local construction industry and customer base.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Existing network of contractors, developers, or architects in the Philippines.
  • Experience with technical sales or selling customizable building materials.
  • Basic understanding of AutoCAD or technical drawings is a plus.
