Job Overview: The Sales & Technical Engineer is responsible for combining technical expertise with sales capabilities to promote and sell the company's products or services. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers. The Sales & Technical Engineer will work closely with both the sales and engineering teams to ensure the solutions offered align with client needs, helping to close sales while also providing ongoing technical support and product solutions.

*Must be a registered Civil Engineer

*Minimum of 5years experience as Sales and Technical Engineer in construction industry is a MUST

*Experience and knowledge in painting, waterproofing, floor coating, cracks repair & sealant, and other architectural requirements.

*Adopt computer skills and proficiency using programs like AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding technical specification, timelines and other project matters.

*Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple jobs: quotation, billing, reports, audits with the client representatives.

*Amendable to work Muntinlupa City.

*Can start as soon as possible.
