• Partner closely with Hiring Managers, TA Partners and other Sourcers, in order to deeply understand the requirements of the role, team and how it fits together within the wider organization
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of complex sourcing techniques and open-source communities.
• Review profiles and Carry out interviews with potential candidates ahead of submission to TA Partners OR Business
• Carry out any formal online assessment or tests
• Focus on direct sourcing of talent as a priority, and work with panel agency contacts if required, to support sourcing activities.
• Create talent pipelines and talent pools to ensure a steady stream of people for current and future hires.
• Maintain all candidate data base in iCIMS
• Ideally 3yrs+ experience sourcing for Cloud sales/Technical roles.
• Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques 
• Experience working as a Sourcer in-house for a Technology led company or gained relevant experience from an Agency OR RPO where you had to spend a lot of time finding new candidates
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment 
• Proven ability to engage active and passive candidates
• Multitasking, structured, autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy

• looking for candidates who are mature, have a positive attitude, and are adaptable to our company culture( Mini Version of you :) )
• 3-5+ Years of expereince in sourcing or recruitment( Technology hiring).
• Budget: will need your analysis based on your market search.
• Max : 30 day Notice
• Candidate is expected to be in this role at least 12-18 and growth path wil be to move to sernior sourcing and then TAP
• The role will be hybrid ( can expect to be in office twice in a week)
