Surveying and Fieldwork:

• Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys using advanced surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and drones.
• Establish reference points and markers to guide construction and land development projects.

Data Analysis and Mapping:

• Analyze field data and produce accurate survey reports, maps, and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS software, or other relevant tools.
• Verify survey data to ensure precision and identify any inconsistencies or errors.

Project Support and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and construction teams to provide accurate measurements and insights.
• Advise on land features, boundaries, and site conditions to guide project planning.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all surveying work complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file legal documentation, such as plats, deed descriptions, and easements, as required.

Equipment Maintenance and Advancement:

• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay informed about new surveying methods, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and data processing tools
• PRC Licensed Holder is a plus
