Keterangan
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, strong organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, and ability to coach and develop staff.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inventory, assist with training staff, maintain organized workspaces, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with physical labor involved.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and teamwork-focused.
