1. Responsible for the web front-end development of AI core products;

2. Architect the front end of AI products and continuously enhance front-end performance;

3. Stay abreast of industry trends and cutting-edge technologies to continuously optimize product performance and user experience.

[Requirements]

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field (985/211 universities preferred); 2–5 years of front-end development experience, with 1+ year in core business at a major tech company; AI product experience is a plus.

2. Proficient in React and its ecosystem; solid understanding of Virtual DOM/Fiber principles; experienced with Shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS; proven track record of performance optimization in large-scale projects.

3. Strong command of Shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS; large-project performance optimization experience preferred.

4. Solid mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript; familiar with HTTP/WebSocket; able to resolve cross-platform compatibility and memory leak issues.

5. Excellent cross-team collaboration and learning abilities; experience with technical documentation or internal knowledge sharing is a plus.

Salary Range:

20–50k CNY/month (year-end bonus of 0–6 months; top performers may receive 6–10 months’ bonus)
