Description

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential vets, clinics and pet health institutions.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement business and vet growth strategies.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, vet service and retention plans, and analyzing

    sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

  • Takes the lead with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and

    other documents as required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to develop, manage and communicate information in a clear, organized, and highly

    persuasive manner

  • Ability to hold your own in meetings with various heads and C-suite representatives; and

    speak as a thought-leader and visionary in the creator economy space

  • Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in

    ambiguous, quickly-changing environments

  • Must have a mastery of using Google Workspace (particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets)

    in crafting stunning presentations and easy-to-comprehend reports pertinent to the project

  • Data-driven when making key decisions relevant to the partnerships

Desired Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in business development and sales

  • Bachelor’s degree from a well-respected university

  • Must own pets

  • Experience in healthcare and pet healthcare is advantageous but not required
