About the Role


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and lead generation, with a passion for helping businesses grow. This role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads and supporting our business to achieve their targets. The primary purpose of the Sales and Lead Generation Virtual Assistant is to drive the growth and success of the company with proactive business development. The role is designed to identify and connect with HR Sales opportunities by offering strategic HR solutions while also expanding the company’s client base through targeted sales efforts. This role will contribute significantly to the company’s revenue growth and market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Identify partnership opportunities within franchises groups, membership organisations and associations through active research activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and handling correspondence.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance.
  • Utilise the sales plan to maximise your efforts in identifying key opportunities, products and services.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless client onboarding and handover from sales to service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or relevant experience
  • Sound proven experience in lead generation or business development working within businesses of all sizes
  • Skilled at investigation and engagement with Australian businesses by phone and email
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue and create new sales appointments
  • Work with the HR Advisory team to close new business opportunities by understanding our clients’ needs.
  • Ability to create and present compelling proposals
