Description
- Processing and preparing financial statements.
- Overseeing client accounts.
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
- Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
- Reporting discrepancies.
- Preparing payments for employees.
- Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Other task will be discussed during interview
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial software, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard office hours, with potential overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: High integrity, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
