JOB SUMMARY
The Head of Human Resources and Admin reports to the Chief Operating Officer of HMC, Inc. and is in-charge of overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of HR functions such as Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Office Admin. The Head of HR and Admin shall ensure these critical areas are aligned with the organization’s business goals and core values, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee engagement and productivity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Strategy
a. Contribute to organizational effectiveness, growth, and performance, by working with key stakeholders and aligning HR goals to the overall business strategy.
b. Drive the people agenda by developing business-relevant, actionable HR plans and managing its end-to-end implementation.
c. Perform budgeting and workforce planning in support of operational excellence targets.
2. Culture and Engagement
a. Enable culture-building by advocating Healthway’s core values and championing Employee Experience.
3. Compensation and Benefits
a. Oversee compensation management, benefits administration, and payroll functions.
b. Ensure management of competitive salary structures, manpower budget, and implementation of pay philosophy.
4. Talent Management and Organization Development
a. Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, corporate training and development, talent review and succession planning.
b. Implement and optimize performance management system for rewards and talent development strategies.
c. Lead and develop HR teams; provide overall guidance and direction in execution of HR priorities and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
5. HR Governance and Continuous Improvement
a. Mitigate legal and reputational risks by ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies.
b. Continuously review and improve HR processes and systems to drive operational efficiency.
6. HR Admin
a. Oversee general office administration requirements of corporate head office.
b. Manage third-party manpower service providers as applicable.
