• Designs the proposal and implements the end-to-end process of the employee programs
• Design the employee wellness program
• Is accountable for the employees' involvement or membership in different programs
• Manages recognition programs
• Assists the SeaBank business through ambassadorship programs
• Assists and handles other special programs that would be assigned
• Communicates initiatives to employees in a variety of print, digital, and interpersonal ways; tasks may include creating and publishing company newsletters, calendars, blogs and Intranet posts, and hosting meetings.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Has at least 3 years of relevant years of work experience in engagement
• Ability to collaborate and work well with teammates, candidates, and stakeholders in both local and multicultural environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
