Duties and Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Maintenance / Repair

• Receives and processes requests or complaints for vehicle repair or maintenance from drivers or users.

• Endorse vehicles for repair or maintenance after making diagnostic validation. Coordinate with affiliated consultant,mechanic, or technician.

• Inspect quality and ensure correctness of work done on serviced vehicle before returning it to the driver or user.

• Monitor status and progress of vehicles undergoing repair or maintenance.

• Maintain a monitoring system for all requests and/or complaints received for vehicle repair or maintenance concerns.and highlight high risk/priority cases. Said monitoring shall be periodically reported to the immediate superior.

• Conduct periodic inspection of company issued vehicles and report any issues that require attention.

2. Fuel Allocation

• Verify, screen, and process fuel requests received.

• Maintain a monitoring system for all requests received for fuel requests.

3. Dispatching of Drivers and Vehicles

• Verify, screen, and process driver and/or vehicle requests.

• Maintain a monitoring system for all requests for drivers and vehicles received.

• Coordinate with drivers for the details of their approved itinerary.

4. Vehicle Registration

• Process monthly registration of company vehicles.

• Maintain a monitoring system for all registration activities for company vehicles.

• Coordinate with LTO and/or other local government agencies for vehicle registration concerns.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering courses or equivalent.
• Knowledge with car parts, registration, maintenance and repair, experience with logistics, and/or dispatching  services.
• With related working experience
